Hi & welcome to my Trail Running website!

Trail Running Equipment is a site thats all about what to use when to run on trails out in the nature. The concept, however, contains several elements and an infinite amount of different types of surfaces and environments. Trail running is all about freedom and sense of nature and not a mather of distance and personal best. I really like to run my trail with someone who is about the same pace as me.

Chase each other, take turns pulling and let the lust for running get over you. When trail running, it's just "desire" that is decisive, the desire to be in nature, the urge to run right here and now, the urge to take a "brake" and sit down and have time to enjoy the scenery, desire to rush and feel hunted and the desire to feel the speed whiz past you.

What makes a good trail running workout? For me it is a good trial running workouts one big mix of all types of surfaces, my best trail rounds I've had along the coast below Åhus and Hanöbukten in Skåne, Sweden! There I can run up the dunes, down to the shore, into the pine forest, on small hilly bridle paths to be able to stretch out in undulating small dirt roads. I'm the president of a small advertising agency (my own) in Stockholm, Sweden. I'm also a big lover of trail runnnig, cross country ski and outdoor sports in general and i love to visit France, Paris and Biarritz . Most proud of? Propably the fact that I've managed to run so many different sorts of competitions not just in trails but in all different sports.
